Mr. Jordan applies the Board’s energy and talent on strategic direction and issues, such as adequate resources to empower growth, retention of the best talent at all corporate levels, discovery and analysis of attractive mergers and acquisitions, and expansion of FTI into new fertile markets.

, entrepreneur located in Santa Barbara, CA.
Greathouse
has been instrumental in moving various companies from startup to successful public offering. He participated in the growth and sales of Computer Motion to Intuitive Surgical, as well as the sale of Expertcity to Citrix. He was CFO for both startups.

also serves on several other boards, some of which have common ground with FTI.

, is a retired Chairman and CEO of Raytheon Company, a leader in defense, homeland security, and other government markets throughout the world. Prior to Raytheon, he served as Vice Chairman and Director of AlliedSignal, Inc. and was President of several divisions, including their Aerospace division, which was the world’s largest supplier of equipment to the aerospace industry.
